These Terms and Conditions, effective August 1, 2023, apply to any person who is signed up or signs up (“Owner”) to inquire, book services, make purchases from Fit and Go Pets, LLC (F&G Pets). F&G Pets created these Terms and Conditions in order to demonstrate its commitment to good business practices to users of F&G Pets’ services.

  • 25% off every second dog (discount is on the lightest dog; must live in same household).
  • Payment is due at the time of booking request.
  • Check in times: 
    • Monday thru Friday before 6:00 p.m.; Saturday before 5:00 p.m.
    • Sunday check in may be approved on an exceptional basis as we are closed to the public that day; if approved, a Sunday check in fee of $15 per dog will apply and check in must be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  
  • Check out times: 
    • Monday thru Saturday before 2:30 p.m.; after that time a $25 late check out fee per dog will apply
    • Sunday check out may be approved on an exceptional basis as we are closed to the public; if approved, a Sunday check out fee of $35 per dog will apply; check out must be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the $25 late check out fee is waived this day.  
  • Once booking is confirmed, the nightly rate will remain unchanged if stay is extended.
  • When booking is canceled less than 48 hours in advance of the start of the stay, a penalty of one (1) night will apply. 
  • When booking a stay during Holidays Peak Days, an additional $5 per night will apply. Check our Holiday Peak Days and Hours.

REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK SERVICES

F&G Pets requires the following before any booking is confirmed:


  1. Updated vaccine records (Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper)
  2. Signed Service Agreement
  3. Signed Terms and Conditions UPDATED August 1, 2023
  4. Neutered & Spayed certification from vet (Female dogs at 7 months old and Male dogs at 12 months old); F&G reserves the right to accept or deny services

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Owner may be asked to wait outside while another customer is being helped inside to minimize contact.  


T&Cs BOARDING SERVICE

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Every second dog will receive a 25% off (discount is on the lightest dog; must live in the same household). Dogs may be weighted at our facility from time to time to confirm weight. Pricing is available on the F&G Pets website.

 

General Check In

When boarding, check in is Monday thru Friday before 6:00 p.m.; Saturday before 5:00 p.m.; Sunday check in may be approved on an exceptional basis as we are closed to the public that day; if approved, a Sunday check in fee of $15 per dog will apply and check in must be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  


General Check Out

When boarding, check out is Monday thru Saturday before 2:30 p.m.; after that time a $25 late check out fee per dog will apply. A daycare pass from an available daycare package will be used in lieu of the $25 late check out fee. The $25 late check out fee will be waived if the boarding booking includes transportation (drop off) service. Sunday check out may be approved on an exceptional basis as we are closed to the public; if approved, a Sunday check out fee of $35 per dog will apply; check out must be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the $25 late check out fee is waived this day.  


Before Hours Check In

F&G may allow a before hours check in on an exceptional basis; if approved, a fee will apply Monday-Friday $15 with check in starting at 6:45 a.m. and Saturday $20 with check in starting at 7:45 a.m.


After Hours Check Out

If you arrive late when picking up for any of our services, you will be charged an after hours fee; Monday-Friday $15 when the dog is picked up between 7:01 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. On Saturdays you will be charged an after hours fee of $25 when the dog is picked up between 5:01 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. Any dog not picked up at 7:16 p.m. and 5:16 p.m., respectively, will have to be boarded for a night at Owner’s expense.


Extension and Early Check Out

A boarding stay may be extended at a moment’s notice, pending availability; however, the nightly rate for the additional night(s) will remain the price of the original booking. A stay may be reduced at a moment’s notice (early check out); however, the nightly rate will be adjusted according to the pricing chart and any excess payment will remain as a credit for future use, not refunded. Owner will be responsible for all applicable fees tied to the new check out day/time.


Holiday Peak Days 

When booking a stay during Holidays Peak Days, an additional $5 per night will apply. Check our Holiday Peak Days and Hours. 

 

Transportation

F&G Pets’ transportation service should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Pick ups take place between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and drop offs take place between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Owner must provide access to the home/dog and provide clear instructions about access and special requests. F&G Pets can leave if home and/or dog are inaccessible to the driver for more than 15 minutes from arrival, and the Owner will be charged for the service.  

 

Baths Requirements

Basic baths are required in most cases for sanitation purposes. The minimum number of baths required varies depending on the length of the stay. One (1) Basic Bath is required for a stay of 5 nights and up. At least two (2) Basic Baths are required for bookings of more than 20 nights. Prices may change due to, but not limited to, the dog’s weight, coat’s condition (i.e. matted coat) and length and behavior.

 

Cancellation

Confirmed booked services may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Services not canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, Owner will be subject to a penalty. When booking is canceled less than 48 hours in advance of the start of the stay, a penalty of one (1) night will apply and the rest will remain as a credit for future use, not refunded. F&G Pets reserves the right to cancel services at any time, with notice to Owner, in the case of heavy rain, inclement weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Notifications

Owner will be notified of any service bookings and purchases at fitandgopets.com (Owner’s account) and by email. If Owner did not intend to book or purchase what is described in the Owner’s account and/or email sent, please call or email immediately.


T&Cs DAYCARE SERVICE

 

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Single passes and a variety of daycare packages are available. Pricing and package expiration information is available on the F&G Pets website. Purchased daycare services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

Check In/Out

Check in time for daycare is at any time during business hours (check our hours).

 

Daycare Packages Expiration

Monthly Unlimited Subscription, 1-day, 5-day and 10-day expire 30 days from purchase date; 15-day packages expire 60 days from purchase date; 30-day packages expire 90 days from purchase date; 60-day packages expire 120 days from purchase date. F&G Pets reserves the right to void non-rendered service credits on accounts that have been inactive for 90 days or more, as of December 31, 2022.


Daycare Package Expiration Extension

Owner may request to extend the expiration date of a daycare package when an unforeseen circumstance arises such as medical condition, illness or injury. In order to request it, Owner must notify F&G via online account and attach relevant documentation that may temporarily prevent the dog from utilizing our facility and services. F&G will extend a daycare package’s expiration date for a maximum of 90 days, depending on the specific condition and expected recovery time.

F&G may allow a before hours check in on an exceptional basis; if approved, a fee will apply Monday-Friday $15 with check in starting at 6:45 a.m. and Saturday $20 with check in starting at 7:45 a.m.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Pricing is available on the F&G Pets website. Prices may change due to, but not limited to, the dog’s weight, coat’s condition (i.e. matted coat) and length and behavior.

 

Appointments

Grooming services are provided by appointment ONLY. Grooming services can be booked online at fitandgopets.com. If the dog is coming only for grooming services, Owner will be advised of the approximate time of service and will be notified once the dog is ready. The dog should be picked up within an hour, otherwise, a $15 fee per dog will apply.


T&Cs VET VISIT SERVICE

Meet and Greets, or tours of the facility, are free of charge and provided as a courtesy to customers.

T&Cs DENTAL CLEANING 

(Non-Anesthetic Pet Dental Cleaning - By Appointment ONLY)

 

Payment

 

Payment is due at the time of booking request. Owner should add a valid payment card to online account in order for F&G Pets to make the necessary charges. Pricing is available on the F&G Pets website. 

 

Appointments

 

Dental cleaning services need to be scheduled in advance and can be booked online at fitandgopets.com.

 

Cancellation

 

Confirmed booked dental services may be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Services not canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service, or if there is a no show, Owner will be subject to a cancellation fee of $45 per dog. The cancellation fee does not apply if the service is declined by the dental technician due to the dog's behavior, needs, or other recommendations.


REFUNDS

Any notice of intent to obtain a refund for purchased services by the Owner shall be given in writing to F&G Pets (woof@fitandgopets.com). F&G Pets reserves the right to review and decline or grant the refund to Owner.

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

F&G Pets may request or collect personal information from Owner in a variety of ways, including through its website www.fitandgopets.com or email. F&G Pets may use the personally identifiable information collected from Owner to contact him or her about services rendered or services to be rendered. We may also use this information and share it with trusted third parties for research purposes regarding the effectiveness of our service, marketing, advertising and sales efforts, including, without limitation, for purposes of customer reviews. F&G Pets will not sell or otherwise share this information with a third party for a third party’s marketing purposes, unless you specifically authorize such information sharing. F&G Pets may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from Owners to investors and potential partners. In such cases, only statistical information will be disclosed, and personally identifiable data will be kept strictly confidential. In case F&G Pets is sold, the information collected from Owners may be transferred to the new owners. In all such cases, third party service providers will be required to treat all such data with the same degree of care as F&G Pets.

 

PROMOTIONS AND UPDATES

Owner will occasionally receive newsletters, e-mails or text messages with information on products, services, or special promotions. Out of respect for the privacy of Owner, F&G Pets gives them the opportunity to opt-out from receiving these types of communications. On rare occasions, it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement, if, for instance, our service is temporarily suspended or canceled. Generally, Owner may not opt-out of these communications. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

 

LEGALLY REQUIRED DISCLOSURES

Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law, or if F&G Pets believes that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena or other legal process. F&G Pets may also disclose information about you if we determine that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary.

F&G Pets reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions, and Policies and Procedures at any time without prior notice.
